Our team is comprised of professionals that were formerly with several of the top home builders, management consulting, and technology firms in the country. Our philosophy is to use our skills, expertise and a specialization focus to improve the capabilities of our customers and their results.
Brian’s multidisciplinary expertise spans accounting, finance, marketing strategy, operations, software systems, and real estate. He has successfully acquired and divested businesses, optimized asset deployment, and guided organizations through complex transitions. Known for his calm, focused leadership, he brings clarity and results-oriented direction to every initiative.
Brian holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MBA from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.
Before Builder Sourcing, Ellen spent nine years in fine wine imports and distribution, managing pricing, purchasing, compliance, and national account programs across a complex network of winery suppliers and distributors.
Ellen holds a BA in Modern Culture and Media from Brown University.
With a background spanning business development, account management, and consulting, Taylor brings both expertise and insight to her role. She is known for her ability to create sales strategies that deliver measurable results while ensuring clients and partners feel supported and valued. Her steady demeanor, problem-solving skills, and people-first mindset have earned her a reputation as a trusted leader and collaborator in the industry.
Her work spans business development strategy, partner engagement, market expansion, and the development of new channels and initiatives that support Builder Sourcing’s growth nationwide. She is skilled at identifying where opportunity exists, understanding how different organizations can work together, and developing partnerships with clear business potential.
Earlier in her career, Tiana spent nearly eight years as Business Director for an architectural firm in Colorado. Her experience included business strategy, client development, operations, and the broader design and construction environment, giving her a strong understanding of the industry from both a commercial and practical perspective.
Now based in California, Tiana brings a thoughtful, creative, and highly engaged approach to her work. She is known for strategic thinking, strong instincts, and an ability to connect people and ideas in ways that open doors, create momentum, and support continued growth.
Charlie worked with national and international corporations such as MDC Holdings/Richmond American Homes, Booz-Allen & Hamilton, Oracle Corporation and Arthur Andersen. Prior to forming Builder Sourcing, Charlie held a senior management position in the corporate office of MDC Holdings/Richmond American Homes. He was responsible for several national functions including purchasing, design centers, and information technology. Builder Sourcing Corporation was created from the idea that builders could benefit from leveraging a national company that would provide similar services of those of corporate offices of national builders.
