Charles Schneider is the Chairman, CEO and founder of Builder Sourcing. He has a broad base of business experience which includes homebuilding, management and strategy consulting, supply-chain management, software technology and public accounting with national and international corporations such as MDC Holdings/Richmond American Homes, Booz-Allen & Hamilton, Oracle Corporation and Arthur Andersen. Charlie is results oriented with a strong strategic focus and extensive operational depth in sales, marketing, supply chain management, finance, and information technology.

Over the years, he has focused on the creation of real economic value and true strategic relationships. It is with this experience that Builder Sourcing Corporation was created.

Charlie holds a BS in Accounting & Finance from Drexel University and a MBA from New York University.

Jason Schermerhorn is the president of Builder Sourcing and is responsible for the day to day operations of the company. He has a strong background in account and market development and in leading teams. Prior to Builder Sourcing, Jason was with Meyers Management & Consulting, Princeton Information, Data Trend Information Systems, and Renaissance Worldwide where he has had a solid track record of developing, selling and delivering value in service businesses.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Boston College where he was also a member of the Boston College Football team.

Steve Dowlen is the vice president of supplier management with Builder Sourcing. With over 25 years in the homebuilding industry, Steve has worked for several top 10 homebuilders including Richmond American Homes, KB Homes and Pulte Homes. Steve’s primary areas of expertise are in construction operations, purchasing and land acquisition. In addition, he has built custom homes, and has consulted with many suppliers and sub-contractors in the industry. He has led builders from having tactical to strategic relationships with the supply chain serving the builder community helping both sides create greater value.

Steve holds a BBA in Finance from Southwest Texas State University and a MS in Finance from the University of Denver.

Brian Domareck is the vice president of builder program management with Builder Sourcing. Brian is responsible for working with our builders to maximize their use of our supplier programs. He has a diverse background in multiple disciplines ranging from sales, relationship management, and construction and remodeling with corporations and government agencies such as MTV Networks, The Boulder County Family & Community Team, and his own construction and remodeling company.  Brian is a dynamic individual possessing excellent people skills with a diplomatic style.  He is a proven team player with a strong leadership background. 

Brian holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado and a MBA from the University of Denver.
